dakh7 Terms and Conditions

This document describes in detail all the rules, terms, and policies that apply to using the dakh7 platform. Please read it in full before registering.

These terms and conditions are legally binding upon registration and use of your dakh7 account.

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the dakh7 platform ("dakh7", "we", or "us") and any user of the platform ("user" or "you"). By using the dakh7 website, app, or any of our services, you fully accept these Terms.

dakh7 is an online casino and betting platform providing entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using our platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

To create an account and use services on dakh7, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is only for users aged 21 and above.
  • You must hold a valid and active mobile number and email address.
  • Each individual may create only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Registration or use from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is strictly forbidden.
21+ Only: Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited. Where there is any doubt, dakh7 reserves the right to verify any account and place it under temporary suspension.

Account Registration and Verification

When creating an account on dakh7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any winnings received.

3.1 Registration Information

  • Full name (as per national identity card)
  • Date of birth
  • Active mobile number
  • Email address
  • Details of your preferred payment method

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before requesting a withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain amount, dakh7 may request the following documents for identity verification (KYC):

  • Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., matching bKash or Nagad number)
  • Proof of address (where applicable)

dakh7 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for each payment method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
  • Use the correct reference number when depositing; dakh7 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, which must be registered in the user's name.
  • Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is pending.
  • dakh7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
Please note: Deposited funds will only be eligible for withdrawal after the bonus wagering requirements have been met, where a bonus is active.

Bonuses and Promotions

dakh7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be fulfilled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) the bonus amount.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
  • If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

dakh7's VIP program has 4 tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tier advancement depends on the user's activity and engagement on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are intended for genuine use only — any misuse is prohibited.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only eligible for withdrawal after wagering requirements have been met.
  • dakh7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible — please refer to the specific terms of each offer.

Gaming Rules

A variety of games are available on the dakh7 platform, including slots, live casino, cricket betting, crash games, and more. Each game category has its own specific rules that must be read before starting to play.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

  • The outcome of any game is determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG) and is impartial.
  • If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
  • If the connection is lost, the result of an ongoing game is saved on the server and can be viewed upon reconnection.
  • dakh7 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

  • Betting outcomes depend on the official announcement by the relevant sports authority.
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with dakh7's specific policy.
  • Odds during live betting may change at any time.

Security and Privacy

dakh7 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information and financial transactions. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep data secure.

  • Your personal information is not sold or shared with third parties without authorisation.
  • dakh7 will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or chat.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dakh7 platform, and involvement in any of them may result in permanent account cancellation:

  • Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
  • Fraud: Using false identities, forged documents, or deceptive methods.
  • Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to systematically exploit bonuses.
  • Software Interference: Using automated software, bots, or hacking to influence games or systems.
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account in a single person's name.
  • Account Sale or Transfer: Giving, selling, or allowing another person to use your account.
  • Abusive Language: Disrespectful or offensive behaviour toward the support team or other users.
Warning: Involvement in prohibited activities may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances. dakh7 reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. Any unused bonuses will be considered forfeited once the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Cancellation by dakh7

dakh7 may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • If KYC verification information is found to be false or incomplete.
  • In cases of suspected suspicious financial activity or fraud.
  • If inactive for a long period (usually 12 months).
  • Due to a court order or legal obligation.

9.3 Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

dakh7 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dakh7 is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by technical errors or server outages.
  • Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
  • Software issues from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft).
  • Any loss or fraud occurring outside the platform.
  • Any financial loss arising from the user's own negligence.
Gaming carries risk and the possibility of financial loss. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any complaint or dispute, the user must first contact our support team. We take all complaints seriously and endeavour to resolve them fairly.

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

11.2 Final Decision

After internal review, dakh7's decision shall be considered final. For complaints relating to game outcomes, server logs and RNG records will be accepted as conclusive evidence.

Changes to Terms and Miscellaneous

12.1 Terms Updates

dakh7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address.

12.2 Applicable Law

The laws of the jurisdiction under which dakh7 operates shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of each bonus or promotion together constitute the entire agreement between the user and dakh7. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.4 Language

These terms are originally written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
